If the breast is small, the augmentation surgery with silicone is 2 hours. If the breast is small and saggy, the silicone augmentation and lifting surgery takes 3-4 hours. If the breast is large, the reduction surgery takes 3-4 hours on average. The examinations are performed 1 day before the surgery. The procedure is performed under general anesthesia. Since we use a special technique, it is painless after the operation. You can return to daily life within 5-7 days after the operation.

Breast augmentation and mastopexy
Doing mastopexy and augmentation is more diffucult operation because making the pocket of breast narrower and augmentation at the same time. It has more risk of ischemia and wound opening because of extra cutting of the skin and the pressure of the breast implant. Because of that this operation can be done in 2 stages; first making the mastopexy and 6-9 months later do the augmentation. Or taking a little more risk the augmentation and mastopexy can be done in one session. If needed ( because of too much extra skin or weight loss) a second little revision can be done.
Because it is a little bit more complex operation the operation time is around 4 hours. Control consultation times is 2.,4.,6., and 8 days of the surgery. It ıs better to stay at least 10-14 days.
The scars of the operation depends on patient genetics, demografic and metabolic issues.
