The patient can apply teeth whitening at home which is so-called “home Bleaching” process as well as so-called “Office bleaching” process with dentist control in the clinic in much shorter time and with advanced devices as mentioned above.

First of all, we have to underline that this practice, which is performed in the clinic under the control of the dentist, gives the dentist a chance to follow the procedure closely and to interference immediately in any problem. The teeth are photographed before the treatment begins. Photograph is important for a clearer understanding of the point reached at the treatment and the whiteness of the teeth. After a general examination, the teeth are cleaned from tartars and the treatment is completed in one or two sessions, which last for a maximum of 60 minutes. The dentist applies a special gel to the area to prevent the bleaching agent damaging the gums. The bleaching agent containing hydrogen peroxide is applied to the external surfaces of the teeth. There are 2 methods to activate this agent. The first is done by applying the led beam source to the area for 15-20 minutes. YAD laser is applied to each tooth for 30 seconds in the other method which is more effective. The bleaching agent is removed from the teeth after this process.
