For liposuction of abdomen giving wetting solution and taking fat takes at least 3 hours time. For the back of the lomber area also it takes extra 3 hours of time changing the position, giving the wetting solution and taking fat. For bbl we take all the fat around hips and give the fat to buttock region. So it contains of doing liposuction to abdomen, back of the lomber area and legs. So for an efficient bbl it takes 6-8 hours operating time.

Liposuction is not an operation for losing weight. It is an operation that shapes the fat of the body. If your body mass index is higher than 30 you are not an appropriate candidate for liposuction. After liposuction if you do not do sports and diet there is always possiblity to gain fat to area that we do liposuction before.

Loosing weight or taking weight changes the shape of body. So we do not recommend our patients weight changes more than 3 kilograms.

For secondary cases like you there is more fibrotic tissue and it makes more difficult the operation. But the success rates for secondary cases is not certain. Our aim is to make the shape better than now. For secondary cases we can not get the best result like primary cases.
